Twenty innovation and industrial clusters are shaping the new economic architecture of Ukraine, moving from disparate regional initiatives to a holistic, balanced, and interconnected development model.

Each cluster combines manufacturing, energy, logistics, research and development, and service functions into a single, manageable space. This approach creates powerful points of economic growth that can scale technologies, attract international investment, and strengthen the economic resilience of the state.

The cluster model provides full industrial and energy autonomy: own generation sources (GPU, SPP, biogas plants, BESS), thermal circuits, internal processing and production chains minimize dependence on external infrastructure. This increases protection against risks, speeds up production cycles and allows creating products with high added value without losses on logistics.
